ABI WHISTLER

I’m a football coach and S&C practitioner with a Sport Science degree from Loughborough and an Applied S&C master’s from St Mary’s University Twickenham.

Over the past three years, I’ve delivered 1–1 coaching to players aged 5-55yrs focusing on confidence, technical development and long‑term athletic development.

I’ve coached at the Gothia Cup for three years, winning the U12 Girls Plate with Prep Schools, and gained applied performance experience as a Sport Science intern at Exeter City Academy. I’ve also programmed S&C for Oxford University Blues athletes across cricket, rowing and other sports.

Alongside coaching, I currently play for Oxford City in Tier 5, which keeps me connected to the demands of performance and helps shape my player‑centred approach.
